The hotel is a small. Comfortable place away from the bustle of town. It was nice to go to sleep hearing frogs croaking in the rice paddies, rather than traffic. The manager was very kind and helpful.

The owner is friendly and tries really hard to make you feel welcome. She will order a taxi when needed and even comes out to the driver to make sure that he understands exactly where you want to go. The place is well maintained and very clean. I know that comments have been made about the location ie. not central - but the better accommodation cannot be found in the centre. Buses run regularly .The bus stop is a ten minute walk to the main road, through lovely countryside, and buses are cheap. Also, you can walk to Bomun Lake and to a few restaurants near the bus stop.
Nowhere to hang clothes, just a coat stand. There didn't seem to be wifi - not a problem for us as we had a laptop but might be tricky for those relying on connecting via a mobile.Make sure you have the address written in Hangul. The taxi driver struggled to find it. There are cards in the rooms but you might need the address if arriving by taxi on the first day.

Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped us renting a car. The room was nicely decorated, good sized, clean and quiet, good heating control too (even heated floor). The kitchen was nice to have giving some flexibility to prepare some meals. Big flat tv (I think either 42 or 46 inches). Bicycles were also provided.
When we arrived nobody was there so we had to wait outside for ~10 minutes (in the rain) until they returned. Also the wifi was extremely poor (only working on one side of the room close to the door and signal very weak and dropping every so often). If you have a laptop, not a big issue as they had ethernet which would probably work fine, but we only had smartphones. Also, the location was not ideal; out of town, and about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop. If you have a car, then that's not an issue but otherwise a hotel in town or closer to a bus stop is a better choice.

The owner was very nice. She picks you up or brings you with her car from/to the bus station whenever you require because the house is 15 minutes from the bus station or restaurants away. The walk by foot is along a road which is not so suitable for predestrians. The rooms are clean, have kitchen and a terrace where you can sit on. Rooms are very romantically decorated. She provides a LAN cable for internet acces with your own laptop.

Really good family-run hotel. The owners are very helpful. The location is good for the local sights - the buses stop at the end of the road. They have rent-free bikes that are really useful.

The owners are very friendly and they provided free bicycles for the guests. Also they offered free pick-up and drop-off from/to bus staion, which is very convenient for us. The room is very clean and I would love to stay at this pension when I visit Gyeongju again next time.

The guest house is located in a village not too far from the town centre of Gyeongju. The staff of the tourist information centre at the Intercity Bus Terminal know the exact location of the guest house. Taxi costs krw 10,000 from there. The host Ms Park is very friendly and helpful. She let us check-in althougt we arrived in the morning. She showed us how to get to the nearby attractions and drove us to the nearby bus stop. That night we lost our way on a bus, a passenger called her and she drove to pick we up immediately. The room has a balcony fronting a back garden. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was good value for money.

The owners were great. They were helpful in giving directions and suggestions. They had bikes that guests could use. I took advantage of this and rode into town to see the sights instead of taking the bus. You can also ride the bike to the bus stop (about a 10 min walk from the pension) and leave it locked there. The pension is a little bit out of town, but not too inconvenient. It was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at the Bellus-Rose pension was fantastic. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The pension was in a great location and the owners were extremely helpful. When my father left his asthma medication in the room they drove all the way to the train station to make sure we got it before we left. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Small, very nice Pension. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Large rooms with TV and fully equipped kitchenette and bathrooms. Nice touches and details. Not in city center, but no problem to get there (we had a car, but the owner has bus time tables and will call taxi if needed).
A little bit pricey. Do not expect a hotel.
